Meet Eliana
Los Angeles Psychotherapist & Mediator Specializing in Relationship Enrichment & Life Transitions
CA Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #127208) practicing individual, couple and group psychotherapy.
Being a therapist is not just a calling, it is also my passion. I am always reminded of what a privilege it is to be invited into others’ lives, and to be present through pain, change and difficult times. My style is warm and interactive as I listen attentively with my ears and deeply with my heart.
I’m passionate about self-discovery, exploration and healing. Whether you’re dealing with daily stressors, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, or relationship distress, I am here to help you gain insight, make peace with your past and process and overcome your challenges.
I transfer the integrity and compassion of the mental health profession to every person I work with. Utilizing my professional and clinical training, I help adults and couples through the hardships of their relationships, reach emotional breakthroughs, gain awareness, cultivate the skills to nurture assertiveness and effective communication, develop self-esteem and nurture happy and healthy inner and inter relationships so that they can live the authentic and fulfilling life they want and deserve to have.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have experience mediating high conflict cases as I served as a mediator for Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court and the Los Angeles County Superior Court. My appreciation for higher education and love for helping others foster their interpersonal and clinical skills lead me back to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
